Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a system for indicating a method used for scrambling dedicated reference signals are provided to generate down link transmission grant by using a DCI(Downlink Control Information) format. CONSTITUTION: A wireless network(100) comprises a base station(101), another base station(102), another base station(103), and the other similar base stations. The base station is in communication state with the internet(130) or a similar IP-based network. The base station offers wireless broadband access for the internet to a plurality of first subscriber terminals within a coverage area(120) of the base station. The base station offers the wireless broadband access for the internet to the plurality of second subscriber terminals located within the coverage area(125) of the base station. The plurality of second subscriber terminals includes a subscriber terminal(115) and a subscriber terminal(116). Base stations communicate with the subscriber terminals by using OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) or OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) technologies.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and device for an uplink transmission and a CQI report with carrier aggregation technique are provided to enable a subscriber station to transmit an ACK or NACK to the base station. CONSTITUTION: An RR(Radio Frequency) transceiver(1410) communicates with a base station through at least one uplink element carrier wave and a plurality of downlink element carrier waves. The RF transceiver transmits at least one periodical PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel) CQI report about a downlink element carrier wave from at least one uplink element carrier wave. Periods for reporting at least on PUCCH CQI report is as same as all uplink element carrier waves. A first PUCCH CQI about the first downlink element carrier wave is transmitted through the first uplink element carrier wave.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An interference avoiding method for downlink transmission is provided to improve a cell edge processing amount through cooperation with an interface base station. CONSTITUTION: A main processor(440) performs channel estimation. The main processor distinguishes a first signal from a serving base station and a second signal from an interference base station. The main processor generates compression feedback information including code book information and critical information about the interference base station. The main processor transmits compression feedback information which is used in selecting code book information in at least one between a serving base station and the interference base station to a storing unit to avoid interference in a communication between the servicing base station and a subscriber terminal.
