Abstract: PURPOSE: A supporting device for a display unit is provided to prevent a wire from separating from a wire hanger in order to stably fix a display apparatus to a wall. CONSTITUTION: A wire hanger(60) serves to fix a wire part to a wall and to support the weight of a display apparatus. The wire hanger includes: a head portion(61); a receiving portion(62) provided at the rear of the head portion on which one side of the wire part is seated; and a wall supporting portion(63) provided at the rear of the receiving portion so as to come into contact with the wall. The wire hanger is centrally formed with a screw hole(64) to fasten the wire hanger to the wall. When a screw(65) is inserted through the screw hole to thereby be fastened into the wall, the wire hanger is fixed to the wall. A head portion(61) is tapered rearward in order to easily mount the wire part. A cap(66) is fitted into a front rim of the head portion to prevent the screw from being exposed to the outside. The receiving portion can have a radius smaller than radii of the head portion and wall supporting portion and may serve to prevent the wire part, which is caught by the receiving portion, from being separated from the wire hanger. A separation protector(70) is mounted to the wire hanger so as to surround a periphery of the receiving portion.
