Abstract: A mobile terminal having a touch screen is provided to allow a user to search and execute a menu by touching direction keys displayed on the touch screen. A controller displays menus on a touch screen according to a select signal of a user(S91). The controller checks whether the touch screen is touched(S93). When the touch screen is touched, the controller checks whether the touch has been made on a pre-set certain region(S95). Abstract: A screen setting method of a mobile communication terminal and a device thereof are provided to offer a preview screen in an image edition process for screen setting of the terminal so that users can easily conduct screen setting, thus an image edition error is reduced.
