PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to have an improved lifetime by suppressing the degradation of the organic light emitting layer by adding phosphorescent dopant. CONSTITUTION: An anode(12) is formed on a substrate(11). An intermediate layer(13) is formed on the anode. A light emitting layer(14) is formed on the intermediate layer. The light emitting layer includes fluorescent polymer materials and phosphorescent material dopant. A cathode(15) is formed on the light emitting layer.

CONSTITUTION: A fluoro group-containing compound is represented by chemical formula 1. A second electrode(30) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. A hole(35) is penetrated from the second electrode to the organic light-emitting layer in order to expose the first electrode. An auxiliary electrode(40) is arranged in the hole. The width of a second hole is wider than the width of the first hole. A protective reflection layer covers the auxiliary electrode and the second electrode. The protective reflection layer comprises an oxide insulating body layer and a metal reflection layer.
