    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device is provided to simplify a layered structure by changing the structure of an auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(15) is formed on a substrate. An organic light-emitting layer(20) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(30) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. A hole(35) is penetrated from the second electrode to the organic light-emitting layer in order to expose the first electrode. An auxiliary electrode(40) is arranged in the hole. The width of a second hole is wider than the width of the first hole. A protective reflection layer covers the auxiliary electrode and the second electrode. The protective reflection layer comprises an oxide insulating body layer and a metal reflection layer.
