Abstract: An apparatus for supporting a microstructure is provided to early distinguish inferiority by safely and accurately performing a characteristic test of an optical scanner. An apparatus(10) for supporting a microstructure(100) includes a stopper member(30), a stage unit(40), a substrate(50), and an elastic electrode unit. The stage unit is installed to be selectively spaced apart from the stopper member. The substrate is installed on the stage unit to be moved with the stage unit and receives the microstructure. Abstract: A MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) switch is provided to prevent stiction from occurring between contact points by turning the switch on and/or off by using electrostatic and piezoelectric forces. A first contact point(120) is positioned in a predetermined first area on an upper surface of a substrate(110). A support layer(130) is suspended at a predetermined distance from the upper surface of the substrate. A second contact point(140) is formed on a lower surface of the support layer.
