Abstract: A ceiling type air conditioner is provided to minimize the generation of vertex around a cover element and discharge air downward, thereby minimizing the contact between the discharged air and the cover element or a ceiling panel and preventing them from dewing. A ceiling type air conditioner includes a ceiling panel having an outlet(22), and a cover element(40) mounted at the outlet for covering a part of the outlet, wherein the cover element has a flow guide part(42) extended in the air discharge direction from and end of the cover element for preventing the cover from dewing.
