PURPOSE: A system and a method thereof for offering a telephone related service to a plurality of apparatuses by using UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) on home network so that a plurality of electronic devices efficiently perform a telephone call are provided to join the same call according to the capability of each device. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electronic devices(1041,1042) transmits and receives a call data through a plurality of sessions. A control point selects the telephony terminal for call transmission/reception and a plurality of electronic devices. The control point sets up a call receipt connection between the electronic device and the telephony terminal. The control point forms a plurality of sessions for transmitting a voice signal and a video signal.

An apparatus and a method for providing accessible home network information in a remote access environment are provided to enable a common remote access server to supply accessible home network information to a remote access client, thereby enabling a user to access to a desired home network in order to use a service. A channel generator(120) produces a channel for communication between a remote access client and a home remote access server. An information manager(130) requests access information, an authentication list and a profile list to the remote access client and the home remote access server. An information generator(140) produces information for generating a communication channel of the remote access client and the home remote access server based on the access information. The channel is an RATA(Remote Access Transport Agent) channel. The information for generating the communication channel is profile information and authentication information.

An action processing method, a controlling method of a CD(Controlled Device), the CD, and a CP(Control Point) are provided to enable the CP to receive action results of the CD at next random time instead of a time when an action is carried out, thereby reducing inconvenience of waiting for results of action performance. An action requested by a CP(61) which controls a CD(62) through a network is carried out. If network connection is released between the CP and the CD, performance results of the action are saved as reservation results of the action. If the network connection is resumed between the CP and the CD, the saved reservation results of the action are transmitted to the CP.

A method and an apparatus for synchronizing CDS objects of UPnP media servers are provided to accelerate a synchronizing speed by decreasing the number of calls for actions of the CDS object. A first media server communicates with a second media server to synchronize CDS(Content Directory Service) objects in a UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) network. Information on an object to be synchronized and synchronization relation information containing policy information are received from an arbitrary control point(420). A synchronization request is received from the control point according to the received synchronization relation information(440). The objects to be synchronized are synchronized according to the synchronization policy information according to the synchronization request(450).

A method and a system for synchronizing a plurality of CDS devices, and the CDS device thereof are provided to synchronize contents stored in the respective CDS devices, and minimize synchronization time and network traffic due to the synchronization by lowering dependency on an AP(Access Point) after a synchronization time point of the CDS devices. A synchronization descriptor(220) includes synchronization information with other CDS devices to be synchronized. A synchronization descriptor manager(230) manages the synchronization descriptor. An embedded AP(210) transceives the synchronization information with other CDS devices. The synchronization descriptor includes ID information of an object to be synchronized in the CDS device, object change information, and synchronization policy information. The synchronization descriptor is shared with other CDS devices to be synchronized with other CDS devices. A storing part(240) obtains and stores change information of the synchronization information by using the shared synchronization information. The embedded AP performs the synchronization by using the change information.

A method and an apparatus for managing stations in a WPA-PSK wireless network are provided to give a temporary network access right to stations by using WFA simple configuration protocol. A method for managing stations in a WPA-PSK wireless network includes the steps of: performing a step of defining IEEE802.11 standard(510); judging whether or not station supports WFA simple configuration protocol(520); authenticating the station using a password of the station(540); judging whether or not the station is a guest station(560); transferring PSK to the station(565); generating PTK for the guest station(570); and transferring the PTK to the station through M8 message(580).
