    Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of a ball balancer is provided to reduce a producing time of the ball balancer and to improve the productivity by automating the entire process. CONSTITUTION: A gripper of a pick and place loads a front ball balancer on a rotating table(19) by holding. The rotating table is stopped under a ball inputting unit. Different balls are inputted into the front ball balancer(2). The ball balancer is moved to a temporary welding position after covering a back ball balancer(6) over the front ball balancer. Three portions outside the ball balancer are temporarily welded with a temporary welder. Three portions inside the ball balancer are temporarily welded. The outside and the inside of the ball balancer are welded sequentially. A coolant is injected to remove remaining materials inside the ball balancer. The ball balancer is put in a water tank and air is injected to test a welded state of the ball balancer. An oil inlet and a jig slot inlet are closed after injecting oil into the ball balancer through the oil inlet.
