Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic purification method of radiopharmaceuticals is provided to improve the productivity of the purified radiopharmaceuticals and to efficiently impalement purification processes without a manual operation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic purification method of radiopharmaceuticals includes the following steps: a signal value of a detector about a specimen through high-performance liquid chromatography is saved as a reference signal value, and a signal value of a radiation sensor is saved as a sensor-based reference signal value; if the average signal value of the detector is the same as or larger than the sum of the reference signal value and the allowable error value of the detector, the reference signal value is updated with the average signal value; the starting condition of an automatic purification method of radiopharmaceuticals is confirmed; a cut process, in which the specimen through the detector is saved as purified radiopharmaceuticals, is implemented; the terminating condition of the automatic purification method of radiopharmaceuticals is confirmed; and the cut process is terminated.
