The present invention relates to a technology for preventing the decline of signal delivery efficiency through a probe by controlling the impedance matching between a power amplifier and the probe by using the variability of an impedance variable circuit in an apparatus for thermotherapy when a thermotherapy is conducted. The apparatus for thermotherapy of probe type includes a power detector outputting DC voltages corresponding to electric energies of incident waves and reflected waves, which are separated from each other and output from a directional coupler; an arithmetic unit for calculating a reflection coefficient based on the DC voltages; and a control unit for controlling the impedance variable state of the impedance variable circuit to form impedance matching between the power amplifier and the probe.

PURPOSE: A composite membrane is provided to improve ion conductance and a mechanical property using a compound with improved thermal stability and ion transfer ability. CONSTITUTION: A compound has silsesquioxane and a group of chemical formula 1 is directly connected to one or more silsesquioxane silicon. A composition contains the compound and a conductive polymer. A complex contains a reactant of the composition. A composite membrane contains the complex. An electrode contains the composition and the complex. A fuel cell contains a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte membrane inserted between the cathode and the anode. The electrolyte membrane is the composite membrane.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: An applicator with a plurality of slots with different sizes is provided to improve a treatment effect by using resonance on a plurality of slot open surfaces. CONSTITUTION: A conductor(110) includes a first conductive surface which is grounded and a second conductive surface which is used as a transmission line. A dielectric(120) is filled in the conductor. The transmission line transmits a high frequency transmitted from the outside. A slot group is composed of a plurality of slots(140a-140f) which is arranged to generate different resonant frequencies when a high frequency signal passes. A microstrip line is used as the input terminal of the applicator.
