Abstract: PURPOSE: A sphingomonas paucimobilis SQL2 strain is provided to quantitatively visualize toxicity and biological use of aromatic hydrocarbon. CONSTITUTION: A Sphingomonas paucimobilis SQL2 strain has a base sequence of sequence number 1 and is used for specifically measuring aromatic hydrocarbon a pollutant in a sample. The aromatic hydrocarbon is phenanthrene. The aromatic hydrocarbon has high toxicity in case of soil or water pollution by oil. Phenanthrene is a representative polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A permeable reactive barrier using waste resources is provided to efficiently remove various kinds of heavy metal pollutants in underground water. CONSTITUTION: A permeable reactive barrier is installed in the underground of a waste metal coal mine. The permeable reactive barrier is made of zero valent iron of 5 weight5, sand of 45 weight%, and bottom ash of 50 weight%. The bottom ash is pH 8.5 to 9.5.
