Abstract: A biomarker composition for detecting diabetic retinopathy is provided to produce a diagnosis kit which includes proteins having amino acid sequence numbers of 1 to 105 and molecules which are specifically bound with the proteins. A biomarker composition for detecting diabetic retinopathy comprises one or more proteins selected from proteins consisting of amino acid sequence numbers of 1 to 105. The amino acid sequence numbers are 4, 5, 8, 15, 19, 27, 30, 32, 33, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 59, 60, 62, 66, 67, 68, 69, 71, 74, 78, 83, 86, 88, 89, 91, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, and 105. Blood or urine is used as an analyte.
