    Abstract: PURPOSE: A plant cell wall protein HyPRP1(hybrid proline-rich protein-1) coding gene is provided to develop a transgenic plant with enhanced cell apoptosis regulation and disease resistance, and to enhance resistance to pathogens. CONSTITUTION: Plant cell wall protein, HyPRP1, which regulates cell apoptosis or disease resistance, contains an amino acid sequence in sequence number 2 or 4. A gene encodes the protein, and contains a base sequence in sequence number 1 or 3. A recombinant vector contains the gene. A host cell is transformed with the recombinant vector.

CONSTITUTION: A ligation independent cloning vector comprises right adapter, SnaBI recognition site, ccdB1(control of cell death B1), SnaBI recognition site, left adapter, and haemagglutinin gene from 5' to 3'. The vector is pJL-CLIC vector. A method for cloning ligation independence comprises: a step of cleaving ligation independent cloning vector with SnaBI restriction vector; a step of treating with T4 DNA polymerase; and a step of mixing the treated reactant. A host cell transformed by a vector is Agrobacterium.
