Abstract: PURPOSE: An inter-networking system between heterogeneous networks is provided to perform inter-networking between an Internet protocol network and a content-centric network, thereby popularizing the content-centric network. CONSTITUTION: A proxy function unit (110) receives a content requesting packet from an Internet protocol network and determines a destination network including a node where the content requesting packet is delivered to. A content list management unit (120) manages a content list which is a list of uniform resource locators (URL) allocated to each piece of contents existing in a content-centric network. If the destination network is the content-centric network, a packet conversion unit (140) converts the content requesting packet into a packet for the content-centric network and delivers the converted packet to the content-centric network.
