Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for controlling transmission power by integrally taking into consideration both of an influence exerted on each device-to-device (D2D) link in a D2D communication network and an influence to be exerted on a neighboring link by the D2D link. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a processing method in a transmission terminal on a first link for controlling transmission power of transmission terminals on links in a D2D communication network including at least terminals on the first link and terminals on the second link adjacent to the first link includes the steps of: measuring intensities of first detection signals transmitted from reception terminals on the first and second links; and determining a first transmission power adjustment ration for the transmission terminal on the first link based on the measured intensities of the first detection signals so that a signal to noise ratio of the second link is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value.
