PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for effectively controlling a multi cell interference are provided to monitor interference information collected from a user terminal and base station and adjacent base station network situations. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal transmits an interference control request to a base station. An SINR(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio) measuring unit senses the interference degree of an adjacent cell(410). A cooperation determining unit determines whether the user terminal cooperates with an adjacent base station in consideration of user QoS(420). A cooperation request signal transmitting unit requests cooperation with the adjacent base station to the base station(440a).

본 발명에서는 릴레이 노드(Relay Node)를 지원하는 무선 접속 시스템에서 데이터 송수신 방법 및 이를 위한 장치가 개시된다. 구체적으로, 기지국이 제1 단말에 제1 프리코딩 벡터(w 1 ,B )를 이용하여 제1 데이터를 전송하며 제2 단말에 제2 프리코딩 벡터(w 2 ,B )를 이용하여 제2 데이터를 전송한 후, 제1 단말로부터 ACK(Acknowledgement) 신호를 수신하며, 제2 단말로부터 NACK(Negative-Acknowledgement) 신호를 수신하는 브로드캐스트 단계, 기지국이 제1 단말 및 제2 단말에 제3 프리코딩 벡터(w L )를 이용하여 제2 데이터를 전송한 후, 제1 단말로부터 ACK 신호를 수신하며, 제2 단말로부터 NACK 신호를 수신하는 청취 단계 및 기지국이 제2 단말의 전송 효율을 최대화하도록 결정된 제4 프리코딩 벡터(w C )를 이용하여 제1 단말과 협력하여 제2 단말에 제2 데이터를 전송하는 협력 단계를 포함하되, 제1 프리코딩 벡터, 제2 프리코딩 벡터 및 제3 프리코딩 벡터는 전체 단계의 총 라운드 길이를 최소화하도록 결정된다.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for calculating transmission probability are provided to control transmission probability in consideration of the number of competitive relays. CONSTITUTION: A channel information collecting terminal(131) receives a transmission confirming message and a retransmission request message. A transmission set discriminating unit(132) discriminates a second relay based on a channel gain between a destination and a relay. A relay grouping unit(133) classifies the QoS relay group from the classification operation of the first and second relays. A transmission probability calculating unit(134) calculates the optimum transmission probability through the discriminated section by the classification.

PURPOSE: A method and a device for transmitting a multi data stream in a relay system are provided to relay only a part of a multi data stream received from a source node in transmitting cooperative data using a relay node, thereby preventing interference between multi data streams. CONSTITUTION: A relay node(20) receives a plurality of data streams from a source node(10). The relay node decodes the data streams. The relay node selects a partial data stream of the decoded data stream. The relay node encodes the selected partial data stream. The relay node transfers the encoded partial data stream to a destination node(30).
