Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method of hydrogel which comprises the following steps producing an enzyme-immobilized supporter; contacting a polymer with a phenol or aniline functional group on a side chain and the enzyme-immobilized supporter under the presence of hydrogen peroxide for crosslinking; and obtaining the hydrogel by separating the enzyme-immobilized supporter. According to the present invention, the polymer with the phenol or aniline functional group on the side chain is crosslinked by the enzyme immobilized on the supporter to form the hydrogel, thereby obtaining the hydrogel without enzymes. Therefore, in vivo stability including an immune reaction by enzymes can be overcome, and the biomedical application range of the hydrogel can be expanded. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A surface immobilization method of a bioactive substance is provided to stably fix a bioactive substance including phenol or catechol molecules on the surface of metal or high molecule material. CONSTITUTION: A surface immobilization method of a bioactive substance is as follows. A bioactive substance including phenol or catechol molecules is prepared. The bioactive substance is combined with the surface of a substrate by processing bioactive substance and polyphenol oxidase on the surface of the substrate. The bioactive substance is cell adhesion peptide including tyrosine.
Abstract:
A thermosensitive heparin conjugate is provided to show both thermosensitivity and biodegradability, and have increased physiological activity of heparin. In the thermosensitive heparin conjugate where a thermosensitive polymer having a polyfunctional group containing a biodegradable polymer is coupled to heparin, the thermosensitive polymer is a first hydrophobic block which is a biodegradable polymer and consists of poly(ester), a second hydrophobic block consisting of poly(propyleneoxide), and a hydrophilic block consisting of poly(ethyleneoxide). The thermosensitive polymer includes more than three functional groups.
