PURPOSE: A lateral flow assay strip is enable quantitative measurement of antigens in a sample without separate analysis equipment and additional processes and to immediately diagnose diseases. CONSTITUTION: A lateral flow assay strip for quantitative analysis comprises a sample pad(1), a conjugate pad(2), a measuring pad(3), and an absorbing pad(4) on a base member(5). The test part of the measuring pad contains a plurality of captors which is conjugated with target antigens. Each captor of the test part is formed in a spot or line. The test part has captors of a spot type which are separately arranged in a plurality of lines along the longitudinal direction of the measuring pad. PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating blood ingredients for measuring hemoglobin is provided to enhance efficiency and reliability of diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating blood ingredients for measuring hemoglobin comprises: a porous membrane(100) on which a blood sample(10) is dropped; and a rotator(200) for rotating porous membrane by being combined with the porous membrane. The pore size of the porous membrane is 0.05-11um. The apparatus further comprises a connection part(110) for coupling the porous membrane and the rotator.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an inspection strip for analyzing quantitative immunochromatography and a method for analyzing the quantitative immunochromatography using the same. Spots which are formed of first captors are arranged on a measuring pad of an inspection strip as a herringbone pattern and the first captors of various concentrations are fixated. Therefore, the present invention facilitates the clear quantitative signaling than a linear captor alignment method of an existing inspection strip for a qualitative analysis. Especially, color formation particles are formed on each spot. The color of many points is formed if the concentration of an analyzing material is high. The color of few points is formed if the concentration of an analyzing material is low. Therefore, the present invention quantifies the concentration of an analyzing material with the unaided eye by counting the number of points directly.

본 발명은 금속 양이온과 혈색소 간의 특이적 결합으로 혈색소를 응집시키고, 이를 다공성 멤브레인 상에 원심분리 함으로 혈색소 응집체를 제외한 기타 혈액 성분을 분리하는 방법을 사용함으로써 혈색소를 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 혈색소 측정용 혈액 성분 분리 장치 및 분리 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 혈색소가 응집된 혈액 시료가 적하 되는 다공성 멤브레인; 및 상기 다공성 멤브레인과 결합 되어 상기 다공성 멤브레인을 회전시키는 회전체; 를 포함하며, 상기 회전체의 회전에 의해 상기 다공성 멤브레인 상의 혈액에서 응집 혈색소의 분리가 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈색소 측정용 혈액 성분 분리 장치 및 이를 이용한 혈색소 측정용 혈액 성분 분리 방법을 제공한다.
