    Abstract: PURPOSE: A slip-type concentrically rotating device of an air tool is provided to increase a torque by rotating a rotator, which is inserted into a slot of a cylinder, to make contact with a rotor. CONSTITUTION: High pressurized air is introduced into a cylinder through an air hole. A rotator(27) is inserted into a slot of the cylinder. The rotator(27) is rotated so as to allow a rotor to make contact with the cylinder. A casing(23) is provided to protect a body of an air tool. The cylinder is concentrically arranged with the rotor so as to apply high pressurized air to a vane. The vane forms a partition in the cylinder when the rotor is rotated. An air outlet(26) is formed in the cylinder so as to discharge high pressurized air. The vane is installed in a vane slot(9). High pressurized air pushes the vane so that the rotor is rotated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A black matrix spot simulation method is provided to virtually simulate the process that a light arrives at a panel in an exposure step in the same computer environment as a real lens production process, and to graphically display the simulation result so that it can find inferior factors before producing an exposure lens. First, data on a curvature of an exposure lens and process parameters are input, and proper positions of a light source, a lens and a panel are set on a computer according to the input process parameter data. A light path is tracked from the light source to the panel. Then, the projected area on the panel is calculated, the light arrival amount per pixel is calculated, the spot on the panel is displayed by using an OpenGL(Open Graphics Library), and the spot is statistically displayed on a screen of the computer.
