The present invention provides a composition comprising a polypeptide including a part of amino acid sequence of CXXC4 and CXXC5 protein present in a body for preventing, treating, or alleviating hair loss. The polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence can alleviate the progression of hair loss and can promote growth of hair, thereby is effective for prevention, treatment, or alleviation of hair loss.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a novel pyridine compound for treating cancer is provided to suppress tumor cells as a HDAC inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: A novel pyridine compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is C1-4 alkyl, C2-4 alkenyl, non-substituted phenyl or phenol substituted with 1-3 R3, pyridinyl, thienyl, non-substituted naphthalenyl or halogen-substituted naphathalenyl; quinolinyl, indanyl; benzothiopheyl, furanyl or benzofuranyl; and R2 is hydroxy, C1-13 alkoxy or NHR4. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer contains pyridine compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A compound-treated mesenchymal stem cell is provided to effectively treat chondropathy such as arthritis, cartilage damage, and cartilage loss using differentiated chondrocytes. CONSTITUTION: A compound has a structure of chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises the step of making a compound of chemical formula 2 react with a compound of chemical formula 3. Mesenchymal stem cells treated with the compound of chemical formula 1 are specifically differentiated into chondrocytes.

본 발명은 혈관신생-관련 질병 또는 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있는 혈관신생 억제용 약제학적 조성물 및 신규한 설포닐 아마이드 유도체 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물에서 유효성분으로 이용되는 화합물은 UQCRB에 특이적으로 결합하여 이의 생물학적 기능을 억제하기 때문에, 세포사멸을 유도하지 않으면서 혈관신생 반응(angiogenic responses)을 억제하여 효과적이면서도 안전한 혈관생성 억제제로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
