A composition comprising fraxidin isolated from Fraxinus rhynchophylla is provided to show inhibitory effect on toxoplasma, thereby being usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating toxoplasmosis. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating toxoplasmosis comprises 0.1-50 wt.% of fraxidin isolated from Fraxini Cortex of Fraxinus rhynchophylla and represented by a formula(1). An antiprotozoan supplement agent for preventing and treating toxoplasma comprises the fraxidin.
Abstract:
A monoclonal antibody and a diagnostic method of malaria parasites are provided to improve sensitivity, rapidness and detection amount of diagnosis by using the monoclonal antibody recognizing lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) of malaria parasites. A method for preparing the monoclonal antibody against malaria parasites comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a peptide for the specific site of LDH gene, labeling the MAPs(multiple antigen peptides) as a carrier to the peptide and immunizing a mouse with the peptide antigen; (2) separating serum from the immunized mouse and fusing it with myeloma; (3) selecting hybridoma cells from the fusion cell by using HAT(hypoxanthine, aminopterin and thymidine) medium, and isolating and culturing the selected hybridoma cells to confirm the antibody secretion; (4) selecting a monoclonal cell line producing the monoclonal antibody from the hybridoma cells by using limit dilution method; and (5) mass producing the monoclonal cell line and separating the monoclonal antibody from the cultured cell line by using protein A affinity chromatography, wherein the recombinant antigen has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2 and SEQ ID NO:3; the monoclonal antibody is B4D, C2B, D2H or D7E against the antigen of SEQ ID NO:2 or A4F, A7E, B9G or D5G against the antigen of SEQ ID NO:3; and the malaria parasite is Plasmodium falciparum or Plasmodium vivax.

본발명은양자점나노입자-라텍스비드복합체및 자성입자를이용한표적물질검출방법에관한것으로, 검출하고자하는표적물질을특이적으로인식하는타겟모이어티(moiety)를각각결합시킨자성입자및 양자점나노입자-라텍스비드복합체를이용하여, 시료에존재할수 있는표적물질을신속하고간편하게검출할수 있다. 또한, 양자점나노입자-라텍스비드복합체를이용함으로써, 양자점나노입자단독에비해형광측정민감도가증진되어시료에표적물질이매우적은수로존재하더라도용이하게검출할수 있다.

본발명은인플루엔자 A 바이러스의뉴클레오단백질에특이적인단클론항체및 이를이용한신속형광면역진단키트에관한것으로, 본발명에서는인플루엔자 A 바이러스 NP 항원에특이적으로결합하는단클론항체및 하이브리도마세포주를제조하였으며, 상기단클론항체를활용한형광면역키트를통해인플루엔자 A 바이러스를신속하게검출할수 있으며, 인체인플루엔자 A 감염개체를진단할수 있음을확인하였다. 따라서, 본발명의단클론항체는신속진단이가능한신속키트에사용될수 있으며, 이런항원-항체진단키트는국내뿐 아니라해외에서인플루엔자가발생하고있거나발생가능성이있는국가에보급함으로써선두주자로서의시장경쟁력을확보할수 있을것으로기대된다.
