Abstract: PURPOSE: A median strip capable of easily attaching and detaching a partition plate is provided to improve efficiency of an opening and closing work in emergencies by conveniently and accurately performing a bolting work. CONSTITUTION: A median strip comprises multiple supporters(3a,3b), partition plates(4,5,5a,5b), and partition plate moving units(7). The supporters are arranged in the center of a road a uniform intervals. The partition plates are installed along the supporters, and face each other. The partition plate moving units are arranged between the supporters, and coupled to a part of the partition plates. And the partition plate moving units move the partition plates in emergencies.

Abstract: An apparatus for punching a thin plate is provided to improve the workability by mounting the apparatus to a head of a pneumatic device and facilitating exchange of the punch. An apparatus for punching a thin plate includes a hammer(12), a hammer guide pipe(13), a punch(14), and a punch separation preventing cap(15). The hammer is connected and fixed to a piston of a pneumatic device. The hammer guide pipe is fixed to a head of a pneumatic cylinder of the pneumatic device to guide the hammer. The punch is installed in the interior of the hammer guide pipe. The striking force of the hammer is transferred to the punch. A hole having the size of a hole to be punched is formed in the punch. The punch separation preventing cap prevents separation of the punch from the hammer guide pipe.
