Abstract: 본발명은패턴화된세포배양기판및 이를이용한패턴을갖는세포시트제조방법에관한것으로, 온도감응성하이드로젤과세포부착펩타이드를포함하며일면에패턴이형성된패턴화된세포배양기판및 이를이용한패턴을갖는세포시트제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따르면, 패턴을유지하면서세포손상없이빠르게배양기판으로부터세포시트를쉽게회수할수 있으며, 패턴을갖는세포시트는인체내 조직중 방향성을가진조직의재생을위한인공조직으로매우유용하게사용될수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An in situ implantation type tissue adhesion hydrogel and a biomedical use thereof are provided to improve bio compatibility and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: An in situ implantation type tissue adhesion hydrogel comprises: a star type polymer which is formed by combining one or more compounds selected from phenol, aniline or their derivative and one or more compounds selected from dopa or its derivative; a heterogeneous mixture of a branched polymer in which one or more compounds selected from phenol, aniline, or their derivative use a water soluble polymer as a linker; and two or more homogeneous or heterogeneous polymers selected from branched polymers.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A patterned cell cultivation plate and a producing method of a cell sheet using thereof are provided to rapidly obtain the cell sheet without damaging by culturing cells by using thermo-sensitive hydrogel and cell adhesion peptide as a culture plate. CONSTITUTION: A patterned cell cultivation plate includes thermo-sensitive hydrogel and cell adhesion peptide. The patterned cell cultivation plate has patterns on one surface. The thermo-sensitive hydrogel is obtained by adding carrot peroxidase and hydrogen peroxide to a polymer mixture containing more than one kind of polymer, and dehydrogenation bonding phenol analogs.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An internal implantation type hydrogel and biomedical use thereof is provided, which can be applied to implant material for tissue regeneration and filling. CONSTITUTION: An internal implantation type hydrogel comprises more than two polymers expressed as a chemical formula 1 of the same kind or different kind and combined with phenol derivative or aniline derivative. Abstract: PURPOSE: Enzyme-triggered injectable hydrogel and a medical purpose thereof are provided to use the hydrogel for a tissue engineering implantation type skeleton, a sustained-release drug delivery, and an organization filler. CONSTITUTION: Enzyme-triggered injectable hydrogel marked with chemical formula (I) is produced by a dehydrogenation combination between phenol analogs of more than one polymer compound, horseradish peroxidase, and hydrogen peroxide. The polymer compound is selected from the group consisting the following: a branched polymer marked with chemical formula (II)a, combined with the phenol analogs; a star type polymer marked with chemical formula (II)b, combined with the phenol analogs; and a linear polymer marked with chemical formula (II)c, combined with the phenol analogs.
