Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring algae is provided to accurately measure similar environment with real river or lake. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring algae comprises: a culture unit(10) for storing culture sample and constantly regulating inside temperature by a cooling and heating unit(15); a water bath having different widths and comprising algae formant; an illumination unit(40) supplying light to the water bath; and a partition wall installed inside the water bath with different gaps; The partition wall is configured to be changeable. The bottom surface of the water bath is configured to regulate slope. The culture unit comprises an air conditioner mounted inside; an air heater mounted inside; and a temperature control unit for regulating an air conditioner and air heater.
