    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for recovering indium, tin, and acid from a waste indium tin oxide (ITO) etching solution, which comprises a diffusion dialysis step of separating acid and metal ingredients from the waste etching solution using a selective exchange membrane; a hydroxide precipitation step of separating tin and indium, wherein the tin is separated from the indium by adding caustic soda to a refined solution including the metal ingredients to precipitate the tin and the iron hydroxide in the refined solution, and then filtering the rest of the refined solution including the indium; an oxidation-reduction step of extracting the indium in a metal powder form by injecting an aluminum chip after concentrating the rest of the solution; and a step of extracting electrolytic tin by electro-winning the tin after melting the precipitated tin and iron hydroxide by adding a hydrochloric acid (HCL) solution to the precipitated tin and iron hydroxide.
