Abstract:
Provided is a heat radiating substrate structure capable of using magnesium or a magnesium alloy which has excellent heat transmitting properties but insufficient heat releasing properties as a material of a heat radiating substrate and of ensuring sufficient heat dissipation performance, and an LED lamp comprising the same. The heat radiating substrate structure is configured to comprise a printed circuit board including a circuit pattern to which elements are electrically connected and formed with a through hole which the elements penetrate; a heat radiating hole which is attached to one side of the printed circuit board in order to be in contact with the elements installed through the through hole and penetrate a position spaced apart from an area where the elements are established to release the heat transmitted from the elements; and a magnesium heat radiating substrate material which is formed of magnesium or magnesium alloy material. The LED lamp is configured to comprise the heat radiating substrate structure; an LED chip which is installed to be in contact with the magnesium heat radiating substrate material through the through hole; and an optical transparent cover member which is installed so as to cover the LED chip.

간단한 설비만으로도 역전계 및 역도금 현상을 방지할 수 있는 것은 물론, 내화학성을 가지며, 자체 도금층 형성 억제 기능이 있는 카본 가상전극을 이용한 전기 도금 장치가 소개된다. 본 발명의 카본 가상전극을 이용한 전기 도금 장치는, 도금조(40) 상부 내측에 설치되는 상부 수평셀(10); 도금조(40) 하부 내측에 설치되는 하부 수평셀(20); 및 상기 상부 수평셀(10) 및 하부 수평셀(20) 사이를 통과하는 강판(s)의 폭이 상기 상, 하부 수평셀(10,20)의 폭보다 좁아 발생하는 역전계 및 역도금 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 그 일단은 상기 도금조 내벽에 고정 설치되고, 그 타단은 상기 강판을 향하여 위치하며, 다수 개의 카본 플레이트가 적층되어 형성되되 그 타단부가 계단식 구조를 갖도록 형성된 카본 가상전극(30);을 포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An LED module for illumination is provided to uniformly maintain the temperature of an LED by releasing heat transferred from a metal printed circuit board to outside through a heat radiation steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer(120) is arranged at the upper side of a metal printed circuit board(110). The insulating layer is a DLC(Diamond Like Carbon) coating layer having a hyaline component. The metal printed circuit board is composed of a magnesium material in which thermal conductivity is excellent. A circuit pattern(122) is formed on around a mounting hole(121). An LED cell(130) is installed is installed at the mounting hole. A heat radiation steel sheet(140) is arranged at the lower side of the metal printed circuit board. The heat radiation steel sheet releases heat transferred from the metal printed circuit board to outside.

A frictional force measuring apparatus having an additional heating function and a measuring method of the apparatus are provided to heat a scratch measurement tip by a heating means such that the temperature of a sample corresponds to the temperature of the scratch measurement tip to measure a correct frictional force. A frictional force measuring apparatus having an additional heating function includes a friction measurement instrument(10), a shaft fixing part(11), a scratch measurement tip(13) and a moving plate(20). The shaft fixing part is arranged under the friction measurement instrument. The top end(12) of a shaft is arranged at the shaft fixing part. The scratch measurement tip is placed under the shaft. The moving plate is fixes a sample(S) and is located under the scratch measurement tip. A first temperature measurement sensor(S1) is set at the shaft. A second temperature measurement sensor(S2) is set at the scratch measurement tip. A third temperature measurement sensor(S3) measures the temperature of a heating plate(21) arranged between the moving plate and the sample.
