Abstract: Provided are a transgenic mouse in which expression of peroxiredoxin V gene is inhibited, which can be used as an animal model useful for anticancer studies including hypoxia and immunoreactions, and a method for preparing the same. A method for preparing a transgenic mouse in which expression of peroxiredoxin V gene is inhibited comprises the steps of: preparing a promoter, and an siRNA(Small Interfering RNA) expression cassette for expression inhibition of peroxiredoxin V gene operably connected to the promoter and represented by a sequence number 3 or sequence number 4; introducing the recombinant fusion gene into a fertilized egg of mouse; and (c) implanting the fertilized egg to a surrogate mother mouse to produce a mouse puppy.

Abstract translation: 提供过氧化还原毒素V基因的表达被抑制的转基因小鼠，其可以用作用于包括缺氧和免疫反应的抗癌研究的动物模型及其制备方法。 制备过氧氧化还原酶V基因表达被抑制的转基因小鼠的方法包括以下步骤：制备启动子和用于表达抑制过氧化还原酶V基因的siRNA（Small Interfering RNA）表达盒，其与启动子可操作地连接并由 序列号3或序列号4; 将重组融合基因导入小鼠受精卵; 和（c）将受精卵植入代孕母鼠以产生小鼠小狗。
