Abstract: 본 발명은 유효한 기능성을 갖는 펩타이드에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 BMP(Bone Morphogenetic Protein)-7에서 유래하는 15개의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 골형성촉진용 합성펩타이드, 상기 합성 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학조성물 및 배지조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 골형성촉진용 합성 펩타이드는 골아 세포의 분화를 촉진하는데 현저한 효과가 있어 상기 합성 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 본 발명의 약학조성물은 골다공증, 골결손질환 및/또는 골관절염의 치료에 우수한 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An osteogenic synthetic peptide is provided to promote osteoblast differentiation and treat osteoporosis, bone defect disease and/or osteoarthritis. CONSTITUTION: An osteogenic synthetic peptide comprises 15 amino acids of BMP-7(Bone Morphogenetic Protein-7) and promotes osteoblast differentiation or osteogenesis. The adding amount of the peptide is 0.1~2 μg/ml. A pharmaceutical composition contains the peptide or its non-toxic salt, pharmaceutical or veterinarily acceptable liquid or solid carrier. A medium composition of osteoblast contains the peptide or its non-toxic salt and liquid or solid carrier in making the medium.

Abstract: A cell culture apparatus is provided to culture a cell in an incubator which forms atmosphere and select specific wavelength. A cell culture apparatus(100) comprises an incubator(110), sample resting part(120), and light irradiation part(130). The incubator provides culture environment of cell.
