Abstract: PURPOSE: A footwear insole molding machine and an insole are provided, which can perform insole manufacture conveniently and rapidly, improve manufacturing efficiency, and obtain best feeling of wearing. CONSTITUTION: A footwear insole molding machine comprises: a crude nozzle(100); and a control unit controlling automatically a crude nozzle based on the information including plantar pressure and foot size of a wearer etc. A crude nozzle includes: a nozzle body(10) in which a supply opening is formed in the top end portion, and in which a nozzle injector spraying liquid material fused in a bottom part to the outside is equipped; a melting part(20) fusing solid material which is arranged in a nozzle inner part of a main body and is provided in a liquid state; a heating portion(30) which is arranged in the outer circumference of the melting part and fuses solid material within a melting part; a high pressure air supplying part(40) which supplies air at high pressure into a nozzle of a nozzle body and in which liquid material is sprayed outside.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A footwear insole is provided, which makes feeling of wearing of footwear remarkable and can minimize wearer's fatigue. CONSTITUTION: A footwear insole comprises: an insole main body(10) which constitutes a whole out line of plantar, in which a plurality of puzzle mounting units are equipped in an appointed area of the surface; and a plurality of piece insoles(20) assembled to be attachable and detachable in puzzle type in each puzzle mounting unit of an insole main body. A puzzle mounting unit of an insole main body is formed into a penetration hole structure of being penetrated up and down. A sum groove is formed in a puzzle mounting unit girth inner circumference of an insole main body. A united connection protrusion united with the sum groove is formed in the girth outer circumference of a piece insole.

Abstract: A health machine using a magnetorheological fluid is provided to be capable of minute weight variation according to the user's physical condition, and to enable a user to train a part of his/her body selectively. A health machine using a magnetorheological fluid includes a base frame(102), a training member and a weight variation device(130). The training member is installed on the upper end of the base frame, and is constituted to reinforce and train the upper or lower part of a user's body. The weight variation device is constituted between the base frame and the training member. A damper consisting of a magnetorheological fluid is installed on the weight variation device to change the weight feeling according to the user's setting up. The weight variation device includes a damper, a piston, and a controller.
