본 발명은 신규한 로도박터 스페로이드 변이균주 및 이를 포함하는 생물 및 동물세포 성장촉진용 배지조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 변이균주를 포함하는 배지조성물은 종래의 로도박터 스페로이드 KCTC1434를 포함하는 배지조성물에 비하여 미생물의 생장촉진활성이 현저하게 우수하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel Rhodobacter sphaeroides mutant strain and a medium composition containing the same are provided to remarkably promote microbe growth. CONSTITUTION: A mutant strain contains 16s rRNA having a homology of 95% or more with 16s rRNA of Rhodobacter sphaeroides(KCTC 1434) of sequence number 1. The mutant strain contains 16s rRNA of sequence numbers 2-4. A mutagen is N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine, 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide, or tryptopane-P-2. A medium composition for promoting growth of animal cells contains the mutant strain as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Daphnia magna egg which is transformed with a reporter gene is provided to obtain a large amount of transformed Daphnia magna egg. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Daphnia magna eggs which are transformed by a reporter gene comprises: a step of constructing a recombinant expression vector containing an exogenous stress-response gene promoter and a reporter gene of which expression is controlled by the promoter; and a step of introducing the recombinant expression vector to the Daphnia magna eggs by microinjection method. The exogenous stress-response gene promoter is 18S rRNA promoter. The reporter gene is blue fluorescence protein.
Abstract:
The present invention relate to a recombinant vector for reducing carbon dioxide and increasing productivity of a bioactive substance. More specifically, carbonic anhydrase as a catalyst can maintain stability for a long time more easily through cell surface expression of the carbonic anhydrase using extracellular protein. Rhodobacter spheroid, which is a photosynthetic bacterium and can produce various organic substances based on carbon dioxide, is used to reduce carbon dioxide and to increase production of high value-added substances.

본 발명은 미생물 및 동물세포의 성장촉진용 배지조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 미생물 및 동물세포의 성장촉진용 배지조성물은 로도박터 스페로이드의 변이균주 MBTLJ-8 추출액인 PACs를 유효성분으로 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해 미생물의 생성을 빠르게 하고, 동물세포의 성장 촉진 및 세포내 스트레스를 감소시킴과 동시에 미세수중생물의 성장 및 생식을 촉진시키는 미생물 및 동물세포의 성장촉진용 배지조성물이 제공된다.
