Abstract: A control module for a ventilation fan is provided to save energy and to set interior environment properly by adjusting operation time and blowing amount of the ventilation fan. A control module for a ventilation fan(100) comprises a sensing unit(20), a central controller(70), and a switch(50). The ventilation fan is operated by on/off set mode. An operation cycle setting unit sets time gap between the drive cycle and the downtime. The sensing unit senses an optical signal and infrared ray signal. The optical signal and infrared ray signal are inputted to the central controller. The switch is opened and closed by the central controller and applying power to the ventilation fan.
