Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install a magnet layer in a rotor core easily by forming the magnet layer by compressing/molding power, including magnetic material, in an outer circumference of the rotor core. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductors(120) is installed along an edge of a rotor core(110). Powders include magnetic materials capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole. A magnet layer(130) is formed by compressing/molding the powder in an outer circumference of the rotor core. The magnet layer includes a rare earth bonded magnet. An oxidation prevention layer(131) is formed on a surface of the magnet layer. The powder includes rare earth type alloy(Nd-Fe-B Alloy).

Abstract: A shower-type washing machine is provided to prevent damage to cloths by washing the cloths with water emitted in a jet nozzle without rubbing between the cloths and perform automation moving the cloth being set in outside by supplying the cloths inside the washing machine through joining a jig to a transfer pipe. A shower-type washing machine(100) comprises: a case(102); a door(104) coupled in the front of the case; a transfer pipe(110) which is coupled in the upper part of the internal space of the case in order to slide horizontally; a jig(112) which is detachably coupled in the transfer pipe and in which the cloths is set; a concentrating board(120) which is installed at the lower part of the internal space of the case and concentrates the water dropped down; a valve(122) which is coupled in the lower part of the concentrating board and moves the water dropped down to an discharge pipe or a supply pipe; the discharge pipe(121) discharging the water moved through the valve to outside; the supply pipe(128) in which the water moved through the valve or the water supplied from waterworks moves to a pump; and the pump(130) moving the water moved through the supply tube to a washing tub.
