PURPOSE: A real estate brokerage method and a real estate brokerage system thereof are provided to extend choices by providing diverse sale information through a broker. CONSTITUTION: A real estate transaction server (30) transmits transaction request information including the transaction request of a purchase request terminal (10) to a plurality of brokerage company terminals (40). The real estate transaction server transmits purchase information transmitted from the plurality of the brokerage company terminals to the purchase request terminal. The purchase request terminal transmits a purchase request for the transmitted purchase information to the real estate transaction server. The real estate transaction server transmits the purchase request information including the purchase request and the personal information of a buyer to a brokerage company terminal (40-1) which transmits the selected purchase information. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method of making fermented bean paste with a mild smell is provided to use peanuts and dried radish leaves instead of beans and cultivate Bacillus subtilis for the fermenting process. CONSTITUTION: A method of making fermented bean paste comprises the following steps. 200g of washed rice straw is put into 8000cc of water and steamed for 60 minutes at a temperature of 100-110°C to sterilize the germs and to leach the Bacillus subtilis. With the rice straw put into the leached Bacillus subtilis, the Bacillus subtilis is grown for 6 hours at a temperature of 60-70°C. The grown Bacillus subtilis is stored in another storage and steamed for 30 minutes at a temperature of 100-110°C for being sterilized secondly and extracted at a temperature of 60-70°C. 500g of peeled peanuts are dipped into water for 24 hours. The watered peanuts of 1500cc are steamed in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes at a temperature of 120-130°C. The steamed peanuts are dipped into water of which the temperature is 100-110°C to get rid of the fat on the surface of the peanuts. The fat free peanuts are sprayed with Bacillus subtilis. The dried radish leaves are washed and seamed for 10 minutes at a temperature of 100-110°C. The prepared dried radish leaves is put on the bottom and Bacillus subtilis sprayed peanuts are on top of the dried radish leaves. The cycle is continuously repeated. The dried radish leaves and the Bacillus subtilis sprayed peanuts which are layered are fermented for 48 hours at a temperature of 45-55°C. After the peanuts are separated from the dried radish leaves, fermented bean paste is made. The fermented bean paste is frozen at a temperature of -10--20°C.

An ISO 7816 communication protocol matching function for a transmission control protocol/Internet protocol based smart-card is provided to shorten a developing time by simplifying a conventional complicated processing routine. A smart web server processes a packet transmitted from a terminal device. The transmitted packet is transmitted as having a combination type of an APDU(Application Protocol Data Unit) and the transmission control protocol/Internet protocol. A network device driver is defined as a terminal. A java card is defined as a WebUSIM. States of a response signal and a flag value are described as below. SYN=1 denotes a connection request. ACK=1 denotes a response acknowledgement. PSH=1 denotes transmission completion of all data. FIN=1 denotes termination of a transmission control protocol connection. RST=1 denotes re-connection of a transmission control protocol.

본 발명은 인터넷을 통한 광고방법에 대한 것으로서, 광고주의 웹페이지를 표시하는 클라이언트 프로그램을 ActiveX모듈과 함께 웹 배포화일로 제작 게시하고, 인터넷의 웹문서 또는 메일에 HTML태그를 삽입하여 배포한다. 게시된 배포화일은 정확한 기능 및 용도를 사용자에게 명시 후 그 설치를 허용한 사용자들에게 설치되고 웹 또는 DB중계서버로부터 광고가 띄워질 시기 및 횟수, 광고주소의 정보등을 받아 사용자의 PC에 광고주의 동영상, 음악 또는 웹페이지를 제공하며 광고주는 관련광고의 페이지를 수시 수정하여 실시간으로 적용시키는 방법에 대한 것이다. 중계서버는 클라이언트 프로그램의 설치를 허용한 사용자의 PC로부터 설치, 제거될 때와 광고주의 주소가 노출시 클라이언트로부터 신호를 전달받아 저장함으로써 광고 클라이언트의 설치자 수와 광고횟수를 가시화 하게 되고 그에 따른 광고금액의 차등분배와 실시간 광고효과의 확인이 가능하게 한다. 부가적인 기능으로, 중계서버의 정보를 광고주가 지정된 웹페이지에서 수시 수정하여 실시간으로 적용시킬 수 있게 하고, ActiveX모듈의 장점을 이용하여 클라이언트 프로그램의 업그레이드와 광고수신거부의 기능도 갖추게 하는 것이 본 발명의 특징이다.
