CONSTITUTION: A blind having a fluid flow path comprises fluid flow blind slats(141) which are connected in multiple states and have fluid flow paths inside, a tilt angle control unit which controls the tilt angle of the fluid flow blind slats, and connection tubes(143) which are connected between the fluid flow blind slats to form fluid flow paths between the fluid flow blind slats. The top surface forms a par of the fluid flow path and receives sunlight to heat the fluid flowing in the fluid flow path.
