A (meta)acrylic copolymer of the present invention is a copolymer of a monomer mixture comprising a monofunctional unsaturated monomer and a phosphorus based (meta)acrylic monomer represented by chemical formula 1. The (meta)acrylic copolymer improves refractive index and has excellent flame retardant, transparency, scratch resistance and environmental performance. In chemical formula 1, R_1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. R_2 is a substituted or non-substituted hydrocarbon group of C1-C20. R_3 and R_4 are a substituted or non-substituted cyclic hydrocarbon group of C6-C20, respectively. m is an integer of 1-10. And n is an integer of 0-5.

본 발명은 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고무변성 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체를 함유하는 열가소성 수지를 기초로 하여 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 제조시 실리콘계 화합물을 포함하는 분지구조 스티렌계 공중합체 수지를 적용시킨 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 스티렌계 열가소성 수지는 내충격성 및 유동성이 동시에 개선되며, 우수한 내후성 및 성형성을 가짐을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to apply in the parts of electronic products as the composition has heat resistance, flame resistance, scratch resistacne, mechanical property and transparency. CONSTITUTION: A scratch resistant polycarbonate resin composition contains (A) 50-99 weight% of polycarbonate resin; (B) 1-50 weight% of (meth)acrylic copolymer containing a biphenyl group with 1.495-1.640 of refractive index; (C) 0-30 parts by weight of a rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer resin; and (D) 0-30 parts by weight of phosphoric flame retardant per 100.0 parts by weight of the polycarbonate resin composition. The (meth)acrylate copolymer(B) has a glass transition temperature ranged 90-150 degreeC and a weight average molecular weight ranged 3,000-300,000.

CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly resin composition comprises a polycarbonate resin, a (meth)acrylic flame retardant copolymer. The (meth)acrylic flame retardant copolymer is copolymerized by a phosphorous-based acrylic monomer in chemical formula 1, aromatic or cycloaliphatic (meth)acrylate in chemical formula 2 or 3, and a reactive unsaturated monomer. The weight average molecular weight of the (meth)acrylic flame retardant copolymer is 5,000-150,000 g/mol.

PURPOSE: A high-impact polycarbonate resin composition, and a molded product thereof are provided to secure the improved impact strength, scratch resistance, surface hardness, mobility, mold ability, and transparency of the composition due to enhancing the commercial availability. CONSTITUTION: A high-impact polycarbonate resin composition contains the following: 20~95wt% of polycarbonate resin; 4~60wt% of copolymer resin formed with 0~100wt% of rubber degenerated vinyl-based graft copolymer, and 0~100wt% of vinyl copolymer; and 1~50wt% of (meth)acrylic copolymer copolymerized with a (meth)acrylic monomer with the average refractive index of 1.495~1.590, and a vinyl monomer. The average molecular weight of the (meth)acrylic copolymer is 5,000~250,000.
