    Abstract: A polymer is provided to be well dissolved in the organic solvent, and to be applied as a host material of an organic light-emitting layer of the organic photoelectric device by generating fluorescence and phosphorescence from red to blue wavelength. A polymer has a structure represented by the chemical formula 1. The average molecular weight of polymer is 1,000-5,000,000 and the number average molecular weight of polymer is 500-2,000,000. The organic photoelectric device comprises an organic film positioned between a pair of electrodes. The organic film comprises a polymer and is selected from the group consisting of a light-emitting layer, hole injection layer, hole-transport layer, hole-blocking layer and their combination, or electron injection layer, electron-transport layer, electron-blocking layer and their combination.
