Abstract: The present invention relates to a linear motor for reducing cogging power at the end of an armature by installing an auxiliary stair-shaped tooth at both ends of the armature. In the linear motor moving a mover by dispersing at least two armatures, the auxiliary stair-shaped tooth with at least one step toward the mover is installed at the both ends of the armature.
