Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, and green tea for preventing or treating vascular diseases is provided to suppress platelet aggregation and to be used as a therapeutic agent for treating vascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating vascular diseases contains a crude drug extract containing red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, and green tea. Red ginseng, Angelica gigas, Aurantii nobilis pericarpium, and green tea are mixed in a ratio of 2-6:1-2:1:1. The crude drug extract is prepared using a solvent selected among water, an alcohol solution, and alcohol. The vascular diseases are selected among artherosclerosis, hypertension, angina pectrois, ischemic heart disease, complications after transluminal coronary angioplasty, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and stroke. Abstract: 본 발명은 신부전 예방 및 치료 성분으로 단삼, 반하, 황련, 오수유, 음양곽, 대황 및 저령으로 이루어진 한약재의 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 장용 핵정과 그 위에 둘러쌓인 채 위장보호 및 강화 성분으로 만삼, 소엽, 감초, 인진, 택사, 백복령, 백출 및 계지로 이루어진 한약재의 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 위용 외부정이 타정되어 있되, 상기 장용핵정과 위용 외부정 사이에는 장용피가 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신부전 예방 및 치료용 이중핵정에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 신부전 예방 및 치료용 이중핵정을 복용하면 위에서 신남산을 비롯한 만삼, 소엽, 감초, 인진, 택사, 백복령, 백출, 계지의 성분이 용출되어 위장 운동이 보호 및 강화되고, 십이지장 및 소장을 거치면서 이카린을 비롯한 단삼, 반하, 황련, 오수유, 음양곽, 대황, 저령의 성분이 용출되어 신부전의 예방 및 치료 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition of BHT orally disintegrating tablet is provided to maximize stroke treatment effect. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition of BHT orally disintegrating tablet contains 30-50 weight% of dried extract, 15-50 weight% of crospovidone, 5-30 weight% of crushed Arabian gum, and 0.1-2 weight% of glyceryl behenate. The dried extract is a mixture extract of Paeoniae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Persicae Semen, Carthami Flos, Cnidii Rhizoma, Cinnamomi Ramulus, earth worm, Salviae Radix, Astragali Radix, Achyranthis Radix, Acori graminei Rhizoma and Polygalae Radix. The orally disintegrating tablet additionally contains one of microcrystalline cellulose and spray-dried lactose.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dual core tablet for preventing and treating renal insufficiency is provided to enhance and protect gastrointestinal movement and to maximize treatment effects. CONSTITUTION: A dual core tablet for preventing and treating renal insufficiency contains an enteric core tablet and gastric external tablet. An enteric coat is applied between the enteric core table and gastric external tablet. The enteric core tablet contains herb extract of Salviae miltiorrhizae radix, Pinelliae rhizome, Coptis rhizome, Evodiae fructus, Epimedii herba, Rhei radix et rhizome, and Polyporus. The gastric external tablet contains herb mixture extract of Codonopsis pilosulae radix, Perillae folium, Glycyrrhizae radix, Artemisiae capillaris herba, Alismatis rhizome, Poria, Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizome, and Cinnamomi ramulus.
