The present invention relates to a content which maximizes cost reduction by minimizing contents of Ag and, more specifically, to a paste composition for forming an electrode containing Ag flake which enhances durability, reduces production costs, and enhances electrical characteristics, by maximally reducing loss of conductivity, even if contents of Ag is decreased by manufacturing a form of powder into a thin and wide plate; a method for preparing the same; and an electrode using the same.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A metallic paste composition for forming an electrode is provided to prevent degradation of electrical performance and physical performance regardless of decreasing silver content. CONSTITUTION: A metallic paste composition for forming an electrode comprises 20-60 wt% of plate type silver powder(100); 0.1-25 wt% of plate type copper, nickel, or aluminum powder(200) coated with the silver; 5-20 wt% of organic vehicles; and 10-60 wt% of solvent. The silver powder has an average particle size of 5-20 um and a thickness of 500 nm or less. The copper, nickel, or aluminum powder has an average particle size of 5-30 um and a thickness of 1 um or less.

본발명의일 예는베이스잉크및 발포입자를포함하는조성물형태로이루진스크린인쇄용잉크를제공한다. 본발명의스크린인쇄용잉크가 1차프라이머용잉크로사용되는경우홀이나굴곡을가지는피인쇄물의표면에피막을쉽게형성할수 있다. 또한, 본발명의스크린인쇄용잉크가 2차프라이어용잉크로사용되는경우적은도포횟수로도피인쇄물의굴곡부를메워평활하게할 수있다. 또한, 본발명의스크린인쇄용잉크가표면처리용잉크로사용되는경우피인쇄물의표면에미세요철을형성시켜무광및 벨벳효과를가능하게한다.

본발명은변성에폭시수지, 우레탄수지및 희석용매를포함하는조성물형태의소수성또는발수성기재용접착제를제공한다. 본발명에따른접착제를사용하는경우소수성표면또는발수성표면을가지는기재상에동종또는이종의소재를접착하거나패턴을인쇄할수 있다. 특히, 본발명에따른접착제는소수성표면또는발수성표면을가지는원단, 예를들어고어텍스소재의원단에스크린인쇄, 그라비아코팅, 스프레이코팅과같은다양한인쇄방법내지코팅방법을통해새로운기능성이나입체감을부여하는데에유용하다. 또한, 본발명에따른접착제는도포성이우수하고도포후 건조에소요되는시간이짧기때문에작업성내지작업속도를향상시킬수 있다. 또한, 본발명에따른접착제을사용하는경우, 원단이나플라스틱등과같은기재의소수성표면또는발수성표면을개질할필요가없고원 소재가가지는본래의특성을그대로유지시킬수 있다.
