Abstract: A method for estimating stress in a tunnel shotcrete lining is provided to measure the stress on any shape of tunnel cross section and to reduce the measuring time and cost by not using stress sensor. A method for estimating stress in a tunnel shotcrete lining comprises a step of punching a measurement hole(1) in a shotcrete lining(10) at the measuring point of the tunnel cross section, a step of measuring the diameter of the measurement hole while performing excavation of tunnel and measuring the diameter variation of the measurement hole at each procedure of the tunnel excavation, and a step of reading the applied stress value of the shotcrete lining corresponding to the diameter variation of the measurement hole based on a database which is established based on data about the relation between the applied stress of the shotcrete lining and the diameter change of the measurement hole.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for testing a rock bolt are provided to precisely determine interface characteristics between the rock bolt and a mounting material or between the mounting material and a rock. A method for testing a rock bolt includes the steps of manufacturing a specimen corresponding to the ground on which construction is performed(S100), constructing a rock bolt on the specimen(S130), applying a fastening pressure to the specimen on which the rock bolt is constructed(S170), and determining the entire characteristics of the rock bolt of the specimen(S180). The method further includes the step of forming a joint at an outer surface of the specimen. The method further includes the step of dipping the specimen into the underground water to corrode the specimen.

Abstract: 본 발명은 터널 확장 에 사용되는 굴절형 프로텍터 구조물(300)과 이를 이용한 터널 확장 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 각각의 프로텍터 유닛은, 수직벽체(31)와 수평판(32)과 바퀴부재(33)가 있고, 연속되게 배치되는 제1프로텍터(310)와 제2프로텍터(320)는 서로 마주보는 방향의 단부에서 포개어져있는 제1겹침판(311)과 제2겹침판(312)에 핀을 관통시켜 결합하게 되며, 제1프로텍터(310)와 제2프로텍터(320)의 수직벽체의 양쪽 외측면 상단에 굴절을 위한 유압잭이 설치되어있고, 제2겹침판(312) 하단에는 굴절벽부가 수직벽체에 결합되어, 프로텍터의 굴절 정도에 맞게 굴절벽부의 굴절이 가능하기 때문에 곡선부에서도 발파나 굴착된 토사가 프로텍터 안으로 들어가는 것을 막을 수 있는 것에 효과가 있는 제1프로텍터와 제2프로텍터로 되어있는 굴절형 프로텍터 구조� ��(300)과, 이를 이용한 터널 확장 시공방법이 제공된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bending type protector structure and a tunnel expansion method for a tunnel using the same are provided to stably expand the cross section of a tunnel by easily installing the protector structure even in a curved section of the tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A bending type protector structure(300) is formed by coupling multiple protector units to each other. Each protector unit is composed of first and second protectors(310,320) and has vertical walls(31), a horizontal plate(32), and wheel members(33). The vertical walls face each other. The horizontal plate crosses the gap between the vertical walls. The wheel members are formed on the bottom ends of the vertical walls for horizontal movement. The first and second protectors continuously arranged are coupled to a first overlap plate(311) and a second overlap plate using a coupling pin(50). A pair of extensible jack devices(40) are installed on the side surfaces of the vertical walls of the first and second protectors. Bending walls(34) are installed to block the gap between the vertical walls of the first and second protectors.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A construction method of a block type underground grout structure by grout injection direction control using vacuum drainage is provided to prevent the loss of grout caused by the flow of subsurface water. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a block type underground grout structure by grout injection direction control using vacuum drainage is as follows. Injection holes(10) and vacuum drain holes(20) are bored at certain intervals. The vacuum drain holes are made into vacuum state while injecting grout into the injection holes, thereby leading the grout injected into the injection holes toward the vacuum drain holes. Bulbs(30) are formed by the grout which flows from the injection holes toward the vacuum drain holes. Grout is injected in the vacuum drain holes so that an underground grout structure is formed.

CONSTITUTION: An underground grouting method using vacuum drainage for control of grout flow direction is as follows. An injection hole(10) and a vacuum drain hole(20) are punched underground at a certain interval. A grout material is pressure-injected in the injection hole so as to guide the grout material toward the vacuum drain hole and, at the same time, a vacuum is made in the vacuum drain hole. The grout material is pulled into the vacuum drain hole and a bulb(30) is formed between the injection hole and the vacuum drain hole. The grout material is pressure-injected in the vacuum drain hole so a structure by the grout material is formed underground.
