Abstract:
본 발명은 건축용 외벽재로 사용되는 압출성형 단열 복합패널 구조물 및 이를 이용한 외벽재의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 제품의 제조 단계에서 단열 시공을 동시에 실시할 수 있어 현장에서 외장패널 공사와 단열공사가 동시에 진행될 수 있으며, 가이드블럭에 의해 외벽재패널과 마감패널이 견고하게 고정되므로 시공 후 외백재의 흔들림이나 변형이 발생하지 않아 내구성을 증진시킬 수 있음은 물론 전 구성을 조립하여 완성할 수 있으므로 시공이 용이한 압출성형 단열 복합패널 구조물 및 이를 이용한 외벽재의 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A foreign substance sorting apparatus and a stabilization method of a construction waste soil and stone is provided to sort out and remove foreign substances which is contained in the construction waste soil and stone; and switch from the construction waste soil and stone to an environmentally stable substance by reducing the pH of the construction waste soil and stone. CONSTITUTION: A foreign substance sorting apparatus comprises a main body(10) which applies vibration as a vibration motor is equipped; two mesh nets(20) which is inclined downward to be discharged to the outside of the main body as the foreign substances, which is separated by vibration after separation from the construction waste soil and stone, moves forward; and an air blower(30) which makes the construction waste soil and stone ,that falls from the mesh net as it failed to pass the mesh net, to separated by blowing. A fall inducing board(40) is equipped with an interval with the air blower in front of the air blower and the fall inducing board makes the construction waste soil and stone, in which foreign substances are removed by air blowing of the air blower during falling after failure to pass the mesh net, to fall following the fall inducing board while it collides with the fall induction board. Among two mesh nets, a mesh net arranged in the upper area is 5 millimeter mesh net(21) with 5 millimeters of the mesh size and a mesh net arranged in the lower area is 3 millimeter mesh net(11) with 3 millimeters of the mesh size. The first discharge guide(190), which is extended to longitudinal directions are formed in the first discharge hole(19) to guide the discharged foreign substances to fall in an area that is far from the main body. The second discharge guide(180) is equipped in the second discharge hole(18) to guide the fall position of the foreign substances that is discharged.

본 발명은 탄산화 바닥재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 상기 탄산화 바닥재는 바닥재(Bottom Ash)에 수산화마그네슘, 수산화칼슘 또는 이들의 혼합수용액을 가한 후 이산화탄소를 반응시켜 얻는 탄산화 바닥재이고, 그 진비중이 2.04 ~ 2.15이고, 물 흡수율이 1.5 ~ 4.5%인 탄산화 바닥재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상술한 본 발명은, 수산화마그네슘, 수산화칼슘 또는 이들의 혼합수용액을 흡수한 바닥재(Bottom Ash)를 이산화탄소와 반응시켜 탄산화하여 상기 바닥재(Bottom Ash)가 지구온난화의 원인이 되는 이산화탄소를 저장하도록 하고, 이에 따라 상기 탄산화 바닥재(Bottom Ash)의 진비중이 증가되고, 물 흡수율이 감소되어 상기 탄산화 바닥재(Bottom Ash)를 사용한 시멘트계 2차 제품의 압축강도가 증가하는 장점이 현저하다. 바닥재(Bottom Ash), 이산화탄소, 탄산화, 진비중, 물 흡수율, 탄산마그네슘, 탄산칼슘, 스프레이, 침지

PURPOSE: An inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos is provided to ensure excellent fire refractoriness and heat resistance while not containing volatile organic chemicals, high solidifying property with asbestos, and excellent bond to asbestos. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos comprises an inorganic binder of an aluminosilicate skeleton, an aminoalkyltrialkoxysilane coupling agent, and water. Or the inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos comprises a reaction product bonded to silicon atoms of the coupling agent through oxygen atoms to aluminum atoms of the inorganic binder as a reaction product obtained by reacting the inorganic binder and the coupling agent in the presence of water. The inorganic anti-dusting agent for asbestos does not have volatile organic compounds with the proviso that the aminoalkyl group of the coupling agent is connected to the silicon atom by an Si-C bond and at least one amino group is positioned at the end of the aminoalkyl group opposite to carbon bonded to silicon atom.

PURPOSE: Carbonated bottom ash and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the physical property of the bottom ash by increasing the density of the bottom ash. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium hydroxide aqueous solution, a calcium hydroxide aqueous solution, or the mixed aqueous solution of the same are supplied to bottom ash. The bottom ash is reacted with carbon dioxide to obtain carbonated bottom ash. The real specific gravity of the carbonated bottom ash is between 2.04 and 2.15. The water absorbent rate of the carbonated bottom ash is between 1.5 and 4.5%. In the magnesium hydroxide aqueous solution, the content of magnesium hydroxide is between 0.01 and 25 weight%.

PURPOSE: A stabilizing method of recycled aggregate and the recycled aggregate are provided to improve the compressive strength, the mass per unit volume, and the absorption rate of a secondary product using the recycled aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizing method of recycled aggregate comprises the following steps: inserting the recycled aggregate into a chamber with the temperature of 50~60deg C and the humidity of 60~90%; supplying carbon dioxide gas into the chamber for exposing the recycled aggregate to the carbon dioxide gas and for neutralizing the recycled aggregate; and supplying waste incineration gas generated from a waste incinerator for supplying more carbon dioxide gas into the chamber.

본 발명은 철근 콘크리트 내부에 위치한 철근의 부식도를 측정하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 자연전위 측정을 이용하여 철근 콘크리트 내부의 철근 부식도를 측정함으로써, 철근을 덮고 있는 콘크리트를 손상시키지 않는 비파괴 방식으로 철근의 부식도를 신속하고 간편하게 측정할 수 있도록 하는 철근 부식도 측정방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 철근 부식도 측정방법은, 철근 부식도를 측정하기 위한 위치에서 콘크리트를 드릴로 삭공하여 제 1 개구를 형성하고, 상기 삭공된 제 1 개구에 알칼리 전해액을 주입 및 충전시키고, 상기 알칼리 전해액 내에 전위차계(220)의 (+)단자인 전극봉을 삽입하여, 자연전위를 전위차계로 측정하여 철근의 부식도를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 철근 부식도 측정방법은 철근콘크리트 구조체의 손상을 최소화하며, 신속하고 간편하게 자연전위를 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 철근 부식도 측정방법은 종래에 사용되던 철근노출 방식의 측정방법에 비해 측정결과의 신뢰성이 매우 우수하여, 측정값의 안정화를 위해 요구되던 콘크리트의 사전 습윤화 시간을 현저하게 단축시키고, 외기의 온도 및 습도 영향을 배제시킨 측정결과를 얻을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 철근, 부식도, 철근 부식도 측정방법, 자연전위

A method of measuring corrosion of an iron reinforcing rod is provided to minimize damage of an iron reinforcing rod concrete structure in which an iron reinforcing rod is buried and measure self potential rapidly and easily. A method of measuring corrosion of an iron reinforcing rod(210) buried in iron reinforcing rod concrete(200) by measuring self potential using a potentiometer(220) forms a first opening at a measurement point by using a drill, fills the first opening with alkali electrolyte(230), puts a positive electrode rod(226) of the potentiometer into the alkali electrolyte and measure self potential with the potentiometer to measure the corrosion of the iron reinforcing rod.

PURPOSE: Provided is a foam concrete slurry manufacturing apparatus having a foam generator to generate size-reduced foams inside a concrete slurry, and to uniform the distribution of foams. CONSTITUTION: The foam concrete slurry manufacturing apparatus has a mixing tank(100) equipped with an impeller for mixing concrete slurry materials; a pump(200) for discharging mixed materials in the mixing tank(100); a compressor(400) for compressing the mixed concrete slurry by air pressure; a discharging pipe(300) for discharging the mixed slurry having air; and a foam generator(500) mounted on the discharging pipe(300) for discharging the slurry mixed with air. The foam generator(500) generates uniform-sized foams in uniform distribution.
