Abstract:
A water quality improving device applicable to various aquatic places is provided to improve water quality of the aquatic places in a nature friendly manner. A tiered wetland filter bed(10) comprises: a basic frame(11); and a plurality filter parts(40) which are formed in the form of a stairway within the basic frame to filter water flowing into the basic frame stepwise by a filter medium. The tiered wetland filter bed further comprises a settling part(20) formed within the basic frame to settle alien substances in the water before filtering the water by the filter part. The filter media formed in the filter part is at least one of charcoal, sand, and gravel. The filter part includes: a charcoal filter part(50) in which charcoal is formed to filter the water; and a sand filter part(60) for filtering again the water that has been filtered by the charcoal filter part using sand. The settling part includes: a settling tank(21) for settling alien substances in water flown into the settling part; and a settling part moving path(23) of which a lower part is communicated with the settling tank, of which an upper part is communicated with the filter part to function as a passage through which water flown into the settling tank moves to the filter part. The charcoal filter part includes a charcoal filter tank(51), a lower separation tank(55), and a charcoal filter part moving path(59). The sand filter part includes a sand filter tank(61), a lower discharge tank(65), and discharge nozzles(15).

The base frame further comprises a residual algae removing part(40) for enabling herbivorous fish and shellfish to eat and remove residual algae in flowing water passing through the algae inflow preventing part and the nutrient removing part. The algae inflow preventing part includes a first algae inflow preventing part(30a) for primarily removing algae in flowing water flown in through an inflow port(21) of the base frame, and a second algae inflow preventing part(30b) for secondly removing algae in flowing water passing through the first algae inflow preventing part and the nutrient removing part. The nutrient removing part further comprises an algae spore(35) that can be grown into algae in the future. The base frame further comprises a filtering mesh(25), a heating part(50), and a light source(51). Further, the algae inflow preventing part and the nutrient removing part is comprised of sponge.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for removing pleat of a close-fit pipe lining system are provided to permit the apparatus to be movable even along a pipe having a diameter as small as 300 to 900mm. An apparatus for removing pleat of a close-fit pipe lining system includes a moving unit(200), a heater unit(300), a maintenance unit(400), and a photographing unit(550). The moving unit moves the apparatus along a buried pipe(100). The heater unit is mounted on the moving unit, and softens pleat(C) formed on the inner wall of a liner(30) by applying heat to the pleat. The maintenance unit removes the pleat softened by the heater unit. The photographing unit is movable along the buried pipe to monitor the pleat and state of the apparatus.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling bad smell by spraying underground water and a method for controlling bad smell and, more specifically, an apparatus for controlling bad smell, which is provided to prevent generation of bad smell or remove the bad smell by using hydrogen sulfide, a leading cause of bad smell generated inside a sewage pipe, which is soluble in water and which reacts to iron components and by spraying underground water, thereby promoting a pleasant environment by removing displeasure caused by bad smell and, in particular, preventing an explosion accident caused by gas accumulated inside a manhole; and a method for controlling bad smell. The present invention provides the apparatus for controlling bad smell in a sewage pipe or a manhole connected to the sewage pipe by spraying underground water, wherein the apparatus comprises an underground water pumping unit; an underground water supply line supplying underground water pumped by the underground water pumping unit; and a water spray pipe connected to the underground water supply line and spraying water into a space in which bad smell is generated; and the method for controlling bad smell, which is provided to control bad smell in a space inside a sewage pipe or a manhole connected to the sewage pipe where bad smell is generated by supplying and spraying underground water to the space.
