Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for converting data capable of converting each binary data of a plurality of binary data sets into real number data, and a method for verifying data conversion. According to the present invention, based on the binary data expressing either a normal state or an abnormal state as the state of measurement data, obtained is the real number data expressing various states like a moving process from the normal state to the abnormal state or the close degree of the abnormal state.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A peripheral system of a molecular modelling computer and its construction method are provided to install an intuitive I/O device at a molecular modelling system so that it enables a user to grasp various properties of the molecule at once. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a keyboard(110), a mouse(120), a glove(130), a spatial position tracker(140), and a force feedback joystick controller(40). The keyboard(110) enables a user to input user selection conditions. The mouse(120) enables a user to control the molecule or to select a part of the molecule when the molecule is loaded on a screen. The glove(130) enables a user to select a part of the molecule and to determine a relative position of a fixed molecule or a moving molecule when the molecule is loaded on a screen. The spatial position tracker(140) controls the molecule. The force feedback joystick controller(40) controls a view point and a molecule, and outputs an interactive force between two molecules.

본 발명은 형광 화합물을 이용하여 헤파티티스 C 바이러스가 감염된 간세포와 정상세포를 구별하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 구체예에 따르면, 본 발명의 방법은 (E)-2-((2E,4E)-5-(1-에틸-3,3-디메틸-5-술포-3H-인돌-1-이움-2-일)펜타-2,4-디엔-1-일이덴)-3,3-디메틸-1-(8-옥소-8-((2-(비닐술포닐)에틸)아미노)옥틸)인돌린-5-술포네이트에 결합하는 단백질 패턴을 비교하여 헤파티티스 C 바이러스가 감염된 간세포와 정상세포를 구별하므로, 쉽고 빠르며 정확한 동정 결과를 제공할 수 있다.
