Abstract: PURPOSE: A polymer blend composition is provided to adjust physical properties and performance of a polymer actuator according to user's purpose without complicate chemical process by comprising a block copolymer which has poly(vinylidene fluoride) and poly(methylmethacrylate). CONSTITUTION: A polymer blend composition comprises a poly(vinylidene fluoride)based polymer, and a block copolymer which comprises a soft segment comprising a C4-30 ductile polymer repeating unit of which glass transition temperature is 25 °C or less, and a hard segment comprising a C4-30 one or more kinds of poly(methylmethacrylate) repeating units. The ductile polymer repeating unit comprises a C4-30 acrylate polymer repeating unit, a diene polymer repeating unit, or a urethane repeating unit of which glass temperature are 0°C or lower.
