The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for converting data capable of converting each binary data of a plurality of binary data sets into real number data, and a method for verifying data conversion. According to the present invention, based on the binary data expressing either a normal state or an abnormal state as the state of measurement data, obtained is the real number data expressing various states like a moving process from the normal state to the abnormal state or the close degree of the abnormal state.

본발명은단실유도체의새로운용도에대한것으로, 구체적으로단실유도체가활성산소종을검출하는데유용하게활용될수 있음을밝힌것이다. 본발명의제조방법및 이를통해제조된다양한단실유도체는활성산소종과접촉시방출파장이변화하므로, 이를통하여활성산소종의존재여부를검출하는데유용하게활용될수 있다. 따라서, 이러한분자들은시료내존재하는활성산소종의존재를용이하게이미지화하므로, 다양한연구및 산업적인용도로활용될수 있다.

The present invention relates to a kit for detecting Bacillus subtilis, comprising a fluorescent compound which specifically binds to hydrolase expressed from the yqjL gene of Bacillus subtilis and to a method for detecting Bacillus subtilis using the same. According to one embodiment, the method and the kit of the present invention detect the hydrolase expressed from the yqjL gene of Bacillus subtilis which specifically binds to 3′,6′-bis(acetyloxy)-5-(chloromethyl)-spiro(isobenzofuran-1(3H),9′-(9H)xanthene)-3-on, so as to distinguish between Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus cereus, thereby providing an easy, quick and accurate identification result.

CONSTITUTION: A high concentration conductive ink composition(104) comprises composite metal nano-particles which include first metal nano-particles(101) and second metal nano-particles(102) and polymeric substrate(103). The polymeric substrate is a composition including Polymer and solvent. The first and second metal nano-particles are different metals. The content of the complex metal nano-particle is 20-25 wt% based on the total weight standards of the composition. The content of the polymer is 5-10 wt%. The content of solvent is 65-75 wt%.
