Abstract: PURPOSE: A display plastic film structure for improving vapor permeability and oxygen permeating rate is provided to prolong the lifetime of a display device and especially the device using OLED and PDP technology by improving the vapor permeability and the oxygen permeating rate of the plastic film. CONSTITUTION: A plastic film structure for display comprises: the plastic film(210) for display; a MgO inorganic thin film(220) which is included on the upper part the plastic film; and an organic film(230) which is included on the upper part the MgO inorganic thin film. The MgO inorganic thin film and the organic film have multi-layered structure. The multi-layered MgO inorganic thin layer has a different thickness. The MgO inorganic thin film and the organic film are successively formed on the lower part of the plastic film.
