Abstract: PURPOSE: A service search method according to the physical fitness of user is provided to provide the best service to users by measuring correlation between the physical symptoms of the user recognized through wearable sensor. CONSTITUTION: Bio-information of user is periodically sensed and updated through the wearable sensor(S5). If the physical symptom of user is sensed, context aware computer analyzes the symptom by using the medical dictionary(S3). A medical certificate according to the presenting symptom is issued based on the analyzed result. After the service is classified as five senses, the classified senses are quantified(S4). The correlation of services is measured and the best service is searched(S15).

Abstract: A system and a method for transmitting/receiving a binding update message in a communication system are provided to sense movement of an MS and set an overlay multicast session between control stations. When an ACR(Access Control Router) to which an MS(Mobile Station) 1 belongs does not receive a router advertisement message or receives the router advertisement message from ACRs, the MS senses that the MS 1 reaches to an IP(Internet Protocol) domain boundary.
