Abstract: 본 발명은 특허 정보와 무역 정보, 화학 정보 및 제조기업 정보 등 기술시장 분석을 위한 정보를 HS 코드로 매칭시켜, 제품의 원료로부터 어떤 완성체가 이루어졌는지 알 수 있도록 전방지향적 수요/공급 연결망의 계층적 구조 또는 제품의 완성체가 어떤 과정으로 이루어졌는지 알 수 있도록 후방지향적 수요/공급 연결망의 계층적 구조로 구축된 제품 수요/공급 연결망을 이용하여 기술시장을 분석한 후, 개별 확장 단계별 대응 제품과 대응 용도의 교역 현황, 교역 대상 및 지역별로 정의된 대응 제품과 대응 용도의 교역 현황, 개별 화학물질등록(CAS) 번호 대응 제품과 대응 용도의 교역 현황, 기술 특허 연계 분석 현황을 제공하는, 제품 수요/공급 연결망을 이용한 기술시장 분석 서비스 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, (a) 상기 마이크로프로세서가 특허정보와 화학정보, 무역정보, 기업정보를 수집하여 HS 코드(Harmonized System Code) 번호 및 CAS(chemical abstract service registry) 번호로 매칭시키는 단계; (b) 상기 마이크로프로세서가 상기 HS 코드번호와 CAS 번호로 매칭된 정보를 전방지향적 또는 후방지향적 수요/공급 연결망의 계층적 구조로 상기 제품 수요/공급 연결망 서비스를 위한 데이터베이스에 저장하는 단계; (c) 사용자 단말기로부터 상기 제품 수요/공급 연결망에 따른 기술시장 분석 서비스를 요청받는 단계; (d) 상기 마이크로프로세서가 상기 수요/공급 연결망의 다수의 제품에 대해, 개별 확장 단계별 기술 적용 범위에 따라 제1 영역(1

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for a competitor′s profile analysis service, which can analyze a patent portfolio for each core competitor on a core competitor list obtained by the core competency indexes (CCI) calculated for individuals, and institutions holding patent rights, using patent data corresponding to the development of technology fields to grasp a preferential technology field, a preferential commercialization zone, and the present conditions of possession of core inventors for each core competitor, thereby utilizing the analysis results as reference data when establishing an R&D direction or benchmarking a competitor, and a method for the same. A method for a competitor profile analysis service according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) receiving a search formula from a user, bringing and analyzing patent data corresponding to the search formula, and providing a core competitor list according to CCIs; (b) allowing the user to specify and selected interested competitors on the core competitor list; and (c) performing a profile analysis of the specified and selected interested competitors, wherein the profile analysis includes IPC analysis, USPC analysis, application country analysis, and inventor analysis, for each interested competitor. Abstract: 본 발명은 클라이언트에 의해 검색된 다량의 지적자산 데이터를 2차원 맵 상에 랜덤(Random)하게 위치시킨 주제어들과의 상관 정도에 따라 좌표(X, Y)를 결정하여 자리매김한 후, 그 특허 맵 상에 위치된 각 지적자산 데이터의 인용된 횟수에 따라 등급별로 등고선을 부여해 줌으로 검색된 지적재산권 목록의 주제어별 상관 정도를 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 해주는 데이터 간 상관 정도를 파악할 수 있는 특허 맵 제공시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 클라이언트로 하여금 연도별 또는 기업별 특허출원 추세, 심판증거자료 검색시 가장 가까운 문헌검색, 분야별 기술개발 정도 및 분야별 출원인의 개발 정도 등을 용이하게 파악할 수 있도록 해주는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 지적자산 정보의 특허 검색 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 텍스트마이닝을 이용한 주제어 정보 DB 를 사용함으로써 특허 검색이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 것에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 인터넷에서 특허검색시에 검색된 웹문서의 텍스트내에서 빈도수가 높은 단어의 순서대로 데이터에 저장하여 일정 순위까지 주제어로 정하여 그 주제어를 불리언 연산자를 사용하여 다시 한번 자동적으로 검색을 하는 시스템을 이용하여 용이하고 원활한 특허검색을 통하여 높은 검색율과 동시에 정확한 검색정보를 얻도록 하는 효과가 있다.
