Abstract:
본 발명은 광학프로브에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전임상 및 임상 실험에 적용하여 생체 내에서 발현되는 형광신호와 광음향신호를 동시에 혹은 선택적으로 구현함으로써 하나의 프로브 내에서 가능하게 하여 동일 대상에 대한 영상 비교 및 미세 기능 영상 구현이 가능하게 되는 의료용 융합 프로브인 형광-광음향 광학프로브에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 특징은 광음향 광원을 방출하는 광음향 도파로; 형광 광원을 방출하는 형광 광원 도파로; 형광 검출을 위한 형광이미지 광파이버부; 및 광음향 신호 검출을 위한 광음향 트랜스듀서를 포함하여, 형광 신호 및 광음향 신호 중 어느 하나 이상의 신호를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optical probe, and, more specifically, to a fluorescence-photoacoustic signal detection optical probe which is a medical hybrid probe applied to a preclinical and a clinical trial to simultaneously or selectively form a fluorescence signal and a photoacoustic signal which are expressed in a body, thereby performing image comparison and micro-functional image generation through one probe. The optical probe according to the feature of the present invention includes: a photoacoustic waveguide emitting a photoacoustic light source; a fluorescence light source waveguide emitting a fluorescence light source; a fluorescence image-optical fiber part for detecting fluorescence; and a photoacoustic transducer for detecting the photoacoustic signal and the optical probe detects one or both of the fluorescence and photoacoustic signals.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A fluorescence image acquiring and projecting device for the real-time visualization of invisible light fluorescence signals is provided to accurately recognize the revealed location of fluorescence by combining a light detecting element and a projector for projecting fluorescence images into a single system. CONSTITUTION: Multiple light sources(10) reveal invisible light fluorescence. A detection part(20) is located at the center of the multiple light sources. The detection part acquires an invisible light fluorescence image from an object. A projector part(30) is located at the center of the multiple light sources. The projector part projects a visible light fluorescence image onto the object.
