Abstract:
본 발명은 전자회로 인쇄용 윤전인쇄기로 제작되는 패시브 매트릭스(passive matrix) 방식의 무기 EL(Electro Luminescence) 디스플레이 동영상 표현에 필요한 투명전극, RGB 발광패턴, 유전체 및 배면의 미세한 회로패턴을 가지는 유연면광 무기 EL 디스플레이와 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 전자회로 인쇄용 윤전인쇄기로 제작되는 유연면광 무기 EL 디스플레이는, 정밀 가늠맞춤장치가 설치된 다수의 인쇄유닛으로 구성되어 있는 전자회로 인쇄용 윤전인쇄기로 불투명인쇄필름에 기능성 잉크로 배면전극층과, 유전층과 RGB 발광층과 투명 전극층을 각 각 다회에 걸친 중첩인쇄의 방법으로 인쇄하고, 상기 투명 전극층 상면에 투명인쇄필름을 접착하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하며, 또 다른 본 발명의 전자회로 인쇄용 윤전인쇄기로 제작되는 유연면광 무기 EL 디스플레이 제조방법은, 정밀 가늠맞춤장치가 설치된 다수의 인쇄유닛으로 구성되어 있는 전자회로 인쇄용 윤전인쇄기로 인쇄하여 불투명인쇄필름 상면에 배면전극층을 형성하는 배면전극층 인쇄단계(S10)와; 상기 단계(S10) 후 배면전극층 상면에 인쇄하여 유전층을 형성하는 유전층 인쇄단계(S20)와; 상기 단계(S20) 후 유전층 상면에 인쇄하여 RGB 발광층을 형성하는 RGB 발광층 인쇄단계(S30)와; 상기 단계(S30) 후 RGB 발광층 상면에 인쇄하여 투명 전극층을 형성하는 투명 전극층 인쇄단계(S40)와; 상기 단계(S40) 후 투명 전극층 상면에 투명인쇄필름을 라미네이팅 방법으로 일체로 형성하는 투명인쇄필름 접착단계(S50)로 이루어진다.

PURPOSE: A precise overlap printing method of a printed electronics rotary printing capable of adjusting a position on a real time basis is provided to obtain a high estimation precision with a minute shift control throughout several times for a 1 rotation, thereby obtaining a precise overlap print of a fine electronic circuit pattern. CONSTITUTION: A precise overlap printing method of a printed electronics rotary printing capable of adjusting a position on a real time basis is as follows. A plurality of resister marks(M) is marked on printing paper(1) through a printing device(10) of each printing unit(100). The resister marks of different shapes per each printing unit are printed. The resister marks are photographed by using a camera device(20). The resister mark image information of the camera device is transmitted through a vision control system(30) to a display device(40). A location coordinate of the photographed resister mark is compared with a location coordinate set by a user in advance so that deviation is calculated. Correction signals are received from the vision control system. PURPOSE: A rotation printer for printing an electronic circuit in which a separation ink chamber is installed and a printing method thereof are provided to print a register mark by colored electronic ink, thereby printing an electronic circuit pattern which is difficult to capture by a camera sensor. CONSTITUTION: A separation ink chamber(30) is closely installed in a foaming cylinder(21). The separation ink chamber supplies electronic ink to the forming cylinder. A partitioning unit(40) is installed in a body(31). An ink supply hole(33a,34a) and a discharging hole(33b,34b) are formed in each ink unit partitioned by the partitioning unit. A doctor blade contacts the forming cylinder in the body of the separation ink chamber.
Abstract:
A flat gravure printing board mounting cylinder washing ink without vibration is provided to prevent damage to a doctor blade and perform wiping printing smoothly. A gravure cylinder manufacturing method comprises a step arranging a concave part(5) of a printing plate fastening shaft to be inclined to a cylinder shaft(3). In cylinder, a plate-shaped gravure printing board(2) is arranged. The length in which the width of the concave part and a pressed crevice of a doctor blade(6) are overlapped is set up as the range in which impact and vibration are not generated. The width of the concave part on the gravure cylinder is about 10mm. The width in which the doctor blade is overlapped is about maximum 25%.
